Our new home and land packages offer a complete turn key package for customers who want to own their own land. Our package includes:
- Up to date survey of the lot and house
- Our share of legal costs to close
- Health Department approved new sewer system
- Driveway with BRG and CBR top (bank run gravel and crushed bank run top)
- Our underground concrete footer system
- Our unique foundation enclosure system
- Electric service, wiring, and required inspection
- Water service and piping and/or drilled well by certified NYS well driller
- Lot Grading
- Lawn seeding & fertilizing – approx 5000 sq feet
- Two Pressure treated 4’x6’ entrance decks – that meet NYS building code
- County clerk fees
- Abstract for buyer
- Deed for lot for buyer
- Building permit and all inspections and final certificate of occupancy
What is the Price?
To obtain a price of a land and home package you need to do only two things:
- Pick out your home
- Pick out the lot you would like
Then we'll give you a price for the complete turn key package.
Do you already have your own land?
If you already have land we can help, along with your professionally installed new home we can build septic systems, electric service upgrades and new electric services, driveway work, grading and land clearing and other lot improvements as needed. These jobs are all priced on an individual basis.
