We have a variety of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom mobile homes, a few apartments and two full sized houses in the Newfield area, all just a short drive to Ithaca, Cornell, Ithaca College, shopping, eateries, and several state recreational areas.
We have lease offerings from 6 months and up. We require a security deposit and first month's rent before moving in. We also have a comprehensive set of rules for all residents to follow.
