Qualifications for Renting
Before you are shown any of our properties for rent we will ask you a series of questions. We also do a series of checks and balances before anyone is approved to rent from us in any of our properties.
- Do you have pets? (no pets allowed)
- Do you have good credit?
- Do you have a good previous landlord reference?
- Do you have enough income to support all your expenses when you live in one of our communities?
- Will you be able to pass a series of background checks through the law enforcement system?
All rentals are shown by appointment only, we do not accept email appointments. You must call our rental office at 607-564-9057, Monday through Thursday, between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm to schedule rental showings. Please call with any questions about the above qualifications. Our rental office is closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
